Garuda Indonesia will Massive Expansion with ATR 72-600

Garuda Indonesia through a sub-brand Explore this year will do a massive expansion by opening many new routes. From July to September, the airline's red plate will be open at least eight new routes which are mostly located in Eastern Indonesia.
The eight routes, which will be opened by Garuda Indonesia, among others Makassar-Bima, Makassar-Luwuk, and Makassar-Produktion began July 2, 2014; Bau Bau and Makassar Makassar-Pomala begin August 1, 2014; and Palangkaraya-Balikpapan, Pontianak-Palangkaraya, and Pontianak-Putussibau from 1 September 2014.
The entire flight will be operated respectively by one flight a day using ATR 72-600 aircraft with a capacity of 70 seats. Additional flight in eastern Indonesia will further expand its route network flying Garuda Indonesia and improve connectivity between cities in Indonesia as well as to various international destinations.
